- Pre-Export Verification of Conformity (PVoC) by a KEBS-appointed inspection company, issuing the Certificate of Conformity / Roadworthiness
- Import Declaration Form (IDF), lodged by the importer
- Commercial invoice, packing list, bill of lading and certificate of origin

Vehicles are built or sourced, then checked; third-party or destination inspections are arranged in China.
- Export clearance and documents
We file export customs and issue the commercial invoice, packing list, certificate of origin and B/L.
- Shipping and handover
RoRo, container, flat rack, rail or road. You receive tracking and the original documents for clearance.

Do your vehicles pass PVoC inspection?
We arrange the pre-export inspection in China with a KEBS-appointed inspection company before the vehicles are loaded.
Can you ship to Uganda through Mombasa?
Yes. We can quote CIF Mombasa, and your agent handles transit, or we can quote delivered to an inland destination.
Are RHD versions available for every model?
Most models we list have RHD versions. Ask on WhatsApp and we will confirm for the exact configuration.
